Do I need to declare cash when entering Singapore?
SGD 20,000 or more (or equivalent in any currency) must be declared when entering or leaving Singapore. Declaration must be made within 72 hours before arrival using the NP727 form (e-727, MyICA app, or SG Arrival Card). Includes cash, traveller's cheques, promissory notes, and money orders.
